- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Foreign currency exchange. I made a transaction from us dollars to euros. 22 days later the bank calls me and tells me they over paid me and I need to pay them $50. I don't have the receipt and with the exchange rate changes everyday it's disconerning. Going forward I will not being using td bank for any exchanges. I am baffled that I have to pay for the tellers/computers mistakes almost a month later. I do business and I have undercharged clients in the past and ate the cost. I never called them at any point after the transaction expecting them to pay the difference. I will never do business that way. I'm very sadden I had a bad experience here as I have been banking here since I was a teenager. I caution everyone considering using Td bank for foreign currency exchange, to do the math at the time of and double check everything.By Nina Maund, September 26, 2017
